Use EcoGen Hood Cleaner in self-cleaning, water wash exhaust hood systems to help prevent clogging and scaling of tubes, valves and pumps. EcoGen hood degreaser will break down, lift and remove accumulated grease from interior surfaces during the wash cycle. Also works as a restaurant degreaser for industrial kitchen equipment such as fry vats, grills, filters and vents (follow recommended dilutions). Biodegradable, water-based formula is safe for employees and the environment. No dye or fragrance added.
HOW TO USE: For use in self-cleaning exhaust hood systems. Add EcoGen Hood Cleaner Concentrate (one quart per gallon of water) to detergent tank for superior cleaning performance. For other degreasing applications, follow recommended dilutions on the label.
* Rinse untreated aluminum parts (such as filters) with clean water since product may discolor untreated aluminum if product is left on surface.
